Additional rate per gym member after Couple rate:
$10.00 per person for Third or more members on a contract. Person must reside in the same household (must provide proof of address).
Student Gym Membership Discount:
Any member who had a student or child at least 14 years of age, who resides in ther household, can add him/her for $10.00 per person per month. If student is in college they must provide a valid id to receive the discount.
Children 13 & under Options:
$10.00 a month per child. Unlimited FREE Regular Admissions to Roller Rink & Fun Center (does not include skate rental & does not apply to special events).
Police, Fire, Rescue & Military Discount
$18.00 a person per month, 6 or 12 month agreements. Must provide a valid id to receive discounts. No other discounts apply. Registration fee required. Military must be active duty.
Corporate Discount
All Shenandoah County Employees Includes: school, administrative, court, Valley Health, Shentel, etc. Ask for pricing and more details.

Personal Training
Need some help getting on track? Not sure how to use the machines or what free weights
you should use. Maybe you want to have someone help guide & encourage you toward your
fitness goals. Our Personal Trainer will be glad to work with you for one or two visits
or on a weekly basis. Just stop by the front desk and make an appointment with our
personal trainers. Note: Extra Fee for Personal Trainers, not included in the gym fees.
Cardio Mix Classes

Classes are self paced and the format changes from week to week. They are designed for
beginners to advanced levels. Classes consist of Boot Camp, Pyramids, Low-Impact,
Resistance and Cardio Kick Boxing.
